Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
Personal Chapter 7 filings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Chapter 7 can discharge most unsecured debt and trigger an automatic stay against creditor collection actions.
The practice covers:
- Eligibility screening (means test, residency)
- Schedule preparation and the 341 meeting of creditors
- Asset exemption planning (homestead, vehicle, retirement accounts)
- Automatic stay enforcement
- Discharge defense
A free 15-minute qualifier call is the right starting point. Eligibility is limited to adult residents of the Central District. One free call per person or household every 12 months.
